About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Entry Level to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and internal teams, providing friendly and professional support before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients, customers, and guests with questions, requests, and general support needs
- Provide customer support by phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service documentation
