Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Assist clients throughout their onboarding, program engagement, and service lifecycle.
• Maintain organized account records and ensure all client information is current and accurate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client goals, resolve issues, and enhance account performance.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Provide guidance and information about available programs, services, and solutions tailored to client needs.
