About the Role
We're looking for friendly, dependable Baristas who love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Whether you have café experience or are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas, and specialty drinks
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock inventory and support the team throughout the day
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Coffee or barista experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends
