Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Project Manager, based out of our New Braunfels, TX office. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting both operational management and project estimation functions. Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning and coordination, preparing and reviewing cost estimates, managing bids and proposals, sourcing materials and subcontractors, and supporting project execution to ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at balancing administrative, analytical, and field coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5 Years experience in construction industry, project engineering, and/or project management
• Experience in Estimating and Project Management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
