Intelligent Technology Roadmaps
- Develop Roadmaps based off of our proven Standards
- Identify needed projects to fulfill Roadmaps
- Present Roadmaps to Client on a scheduled basis
Relationship Management
- Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for all non-technical requests
- Serve as liaison to Client during High/Critical issue resolution if needed
- Maintain positive business relationship via Client touches, in-person visits, and networking
Agreement Management
- Track and update Agreements
- Provide renewal options on a scheduled basis
- Maintain Agreement details in CRM and spot check invoices for alignment
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree and minimum 3 years Sales/Account Management experience
- Superior customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Solid work ethic
Compensation

- Base salary of $80,000
