Job Responsibilities
- Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately
- Provide attentive service by checking on tables regularly
- Promote and upsell featured drinks, shots, and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest payments and operate the POS system properly
- Monitor guest experience and report any issues to management
- Follow all bar policies, including ID checks and alcohol service guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Sales-driven personality with the ability to upsell
- Reliable and punctual with weekend availability (required)
