Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Katy, Texas (In-Person)
School District: Katy ISD
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Compensation: $55 - $60 per hour
About the Role:
You will be a vital member of our special education team, providing essential speech and language services. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs), providing direct therapy, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders.
Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or in process).
Texas Education Agency (TEA) Certification for Speech Therapy (or eligibility).
Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for working with children in a school setting.
