Our Lube Technicians need to be team players, detail-oriented, and strive for customer satisfaction with each customer. As a lube technician, you will be responsible for changing oil on customers vehicles while following our service procedures.

Role Overview:
Your primary role as an employee of Strickland Brothers is to satisfy our customers. It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value.
Essential Responsibilities:
Uphold the Strickland Brothers core values at all times. Learn and follow our service procedures (full-service oil changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, fluid exchange services, tire pressure adjustment, state inspections) on each service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Great attitude and be able to work in a team environment
- Customer service background
- Ability to use a point of sale system
- Valid driver's license
- Transportation is required
- Inspectors license are not required but beneficial
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change procedures for all offered services (state inspections, oil change, air filter replacement, cabin filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, additives, etc.)
- Communicate with our customers with respect
- Keep the service center clean
- Contribute to a positive culture and positive working environment
Other Expectations:
- To be on time for work
- To wear a clean company uniform at all times
- Complete Strickland Brothers University with-in 30 days of being hired ($0.50 per/hour raise upon completion)
Job Details:
- Pay starting at $13.00 per hour
- On the job training through SB University
- Base pay increases available for previous qualifications, training, longevity and sales.
