What You’ll Do:
- Recondition and repair heavy equipment and components
- Perform diagnostic inspections and identify needed repairs
- Accurately record time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and shop equipment in top condition

What You’ll Do:
- Minimum of 1 year of diesel technology education or hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment (required)
- John Deere experience is a strong plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered in place of formal education)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
- Must provide own tools
