Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team—someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely third-party invoices in accordance with established schedule
- Analyze past due accounts and follow up with customers
- Respond to customer requests
- Prepare and distribute reports to business users and management
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance
- Serves as a backup for accounts payable
- Distribute departmental communications
- Other ad hoc analysis as needed
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Experience with NetSuite a plus
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, detail oriented, good communication skills
Physical Requirements
- On-site 3 days per week in Irvine Office
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards
Might be exposed to prolonged sedentary hours of work and use of computer
