Studio Manager – StretchLab Powell
StretchLab Powell is looking for a full-time Studio Manager to help lead daily studio operations, drive sales activity, support member retention, and create a great experience for our members, prospects, and team.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. The Studio Manager is responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly every day while helping convert leads into first visits, supporting membership sales, following up with members, and maintaining strong operating standards.
The Studio Manager will work directly with our Northwest Area Manager, who oversees both the Powell and Dublin studios. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, sales-minded, comfortable with people, and ready to take ownership of daily execution inside a growing boutique wellness studio.
Key Responsibilities - Daily Studio Operations
- Manage daily studio flow and front desk operations
- Open and/or close the studio as scheduled
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready for members and prospects
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and support member questions
- Maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment
- Support scheduling, appointment changes, and member bookings
- Ensure daily checklists and operating standards are completed
Sales and Lead Management
- Contact new leads quickly by phone, text, and email
- Book first visits and intro stretches
- Confirm intro appointments
- Follow up with missed, cancelled, or unbooked prospects
- Support the intro visit process from booking through close
- Assist with membership and package sales
- Follow up with prospects who do not purchase the same day
- Help identify sales opportunities and communicate them to leadership
Member Retention
- Help members stay booked and engaged
- Follow up with members who have no future appointments
- Support cancellation, freeze, and billing follow-up processes
- Help resolve basic member questions and concerns
- Communicate member risks or issues to the Northwest Area Manager
- Support a positive member experience that encourages long-term consistency
Systems and Administration
- Maintain accurate notes and records in ClubReady and other studio systems
- Keep lead statuses and appointment records updated
- Ensure sessions are properly checked out/logged off
- Assist with billing, scheduling, and account updates
- Complete required reports and communicate weekly updates to leadership
Community Outreach and Studio Growth
- Support local pop-ups, events, and community partnerships
- Help capture leads at events and follow up after events
- Assist with local promotions and member referral efforts
- Support in-studio social media content when needed
Team Support
- Communicate professionally with Flexologists and front desk staff
- Help coordinate schedule needs and coverage
- Reinforce studio standards and expectations
- Escalate staff, member, or operational concerns appropriately

Preferred Experience
- Prior sales, customer service, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail management experience
- Experience working with membership-based businesses
- Experience with scheduling, CRM, or point-of-sale systems
- Prior leadership or assistant manager experience preferred but not required
Compensation
- $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time schedule, approximately 40 hours per week
- Commission opportunities on personally sold memberships and qualifying package sales
- Additional approved hours may be available for pop-ups, events, and community outreach
