StretchLab Anaheim Hills is seeking a sales focused General Manager (GM) to help drive top line revenue and customer satisfaction for our studio.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretch therapy. We work with clients of all ages to help with sports performance, pain reduction, and improved quality of life.
POSITION:
As a General Manager (GM) for our health and wellness company, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, establish and maintain relationships with our members, and provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Recommended Qualifications:
- 2 years of direct consumer sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred (not required).
- Proven track record of success in direct sales & management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts. Develop sales tactics and initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Lead Sales Team: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team. Set clear sales targets and objectives. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, members and team members. Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges. Anticipate client requirements and proactively address concerns. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the organization.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual development plans. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to address gaps.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with all team members and owners to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide input and feedback on product development, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Uphold integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all sales activities and interactions.
- Lead Generation: Identify target market opportunities where future customers existing. Creating B2B relationships in the community.
