Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized assisted stretching programs
- Lead individual and small group stretch sessions
- Perform mobility assessments and track client progress
- Educate clients on the benefits of flexibility and mobility
- Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Current Personal Training Certification from an accredited organization
- Proven experience in a fitness or wellness environment
- Strong grasp of human anatomy and biomechanics
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Preferred Experience:
- Background in mobility or corrective exercise
- Experience working with special populations
- Understanding of injury prevention techniques
- Group fitness instruction experience is a plus
