What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Personal Fitness Trainer position at StretchLab?

At StretchLab, we provide paid training through our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP), giving you the tools to grow personally and professionally as a bodywork professional. You’ll help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness while working in a supportive, fun, and professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Motivate and connect with clients to support their wellness goals
- Build lasting client relationships and help grow studio membership
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in one of the following:
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Certified Personal Trainer or Athletic Trainer
- Licensed Physical Therapist or PT Assistant
- Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Barr Instructor
- Degree in Health/Fitness/Wellness
- At least 2 years’ experience working hands-on with clients in health/fitness
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism
- Passion for helping people achieve their goals
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Availability to complete our Flexologist™ Training Program:
- 15 hours of online tutorials
- 2 days in-person training
- 20 hours of practice
