Wellness Studio Front Desk Sales and Reception

Do you walk into a room and immediately sense what it needs? Can you tell when a new client is nervous, when a member needs extra care, or when it's time to bring the energy up — all before anyone says a word? That's the gift we're looking for.

StretchLab Kirkland is hiring a Front Desk Rockstar who doesn't just run the desk — they own the experience. This position isn't just checking people in, you're setting the tone for the studio and our clients entire wellness journey. Sales and service aren't separate here; they're the same thing done with care.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Read the room, every time. You'll pick up on client energy and adapt — warm welcome, quiet check-in, or confident nudge toward the right membership. Sell from a place of belief. Our flagship membership is a premium price and you'll help clients understand the value clearly and confidently, without pressure.

Deliver white-glove service. Anticipate needs, make every interaction feel effortless, and treat every member like they belong here. Run the studio like it's yours. Manage schedules, client accounts, and operations. On time, detail-oriented, close the loop.

Keep it beautiful. A spotless studio is part of the experience — you take pride in the space. Be a team player — and maybe a future manager!

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU...

Understand how stretching helps a body move and can communicate it well. You have a background in fitness, fitness sales, or understand simple anatomy.

Have experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles — and you're good at it Are emotionally intelligent and know how to make people feel seen, not everything is a transaction to you, you want to get to know the person behind the sale.

Treat punctuality and reliability as non-negotiables Are organized, proactive, and can see a task through from begining to end.

Genuinely care about wellness and can speak about it authentically

Are 18 and ready for a stable, non-seasonal role, that includes morning shifts 9-1, afternoon shifts 2-6 and an occacional weekend shift once a month.
