Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, sales-oriented Studio Manager / Lead Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results, membership conversions, and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership and sales role responsible for driving studio performance, leading the sales pipeline, maximizing membership growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion Excellence (Primary Focus)
* Drive demo-to-membership conversions through a consultative sales approach
* Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets
* Identify client needs, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
* Maintain strong conversion rates through KPI-focused execution
* Execute same-day and next-day booking strategies to maximize opportunities
* Ensure every demo has a documented need analysis and follow-up plan
Lead Management & Outreach
* Proactively manage and convert incoming leads (calls, texts, emails, digital ads)
* Conduct outreach to new, missed, inactive, and lost leads
* Maintain rapid response times during business hours
* Complete high-volume outreach activity daily
* Own follow-up cadence until conversion or clear disposition
Studio Operations & Leadership
* Oversee daily studio operations and front-of-house excellence
* Deliver “unreasonable hospitality” in every client interaction
* Optimize scheduling at least one week in advance
* Coach and lead Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners
* Monitor productivity and hold team members accountable to expectations
* Maintain accurate CRM records (ClubReady) and complete daily reporting
Performance & Accountability
Track and report on KPIs including:
* Demo bookings
* Show rate
* Conversion rate
* Membership sales
* Revenue growth
* Retention trends
* Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
* Take full ownership of studio sales and operational results
Compensation
* Competitive base pay (based on experience)

* Proven sales success in membership sales, retail, fitness, wellness, or service industries
* Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills
* Leadership experience managing 2–5 team members preferred
* KPI-driven mindset with strong business acumen
* CRM experience preferred

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
