On the Job Training & Certification:

Must attend all 5 days and 40 hours, 2 days are consecutive and in person.

Compensation/Perks:
- $18 to $22 Hourly plus potential for commission on renewals
- Work more than 30 hrs and can receive a weekly practitioner-assisted stretch

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilize techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM).
- Provides our members with excellent customer service.
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
- Encourage and motivate members throughout stretch sessions.
- Keep members on schedule with their programs/goals.
- Partner with the management team to provide outstanding service.
- Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele.
