Stress-Free Auto Care is looking to add talented SMOG automotive technicians to our growing team. We’re redefining the auto repair experience, offering a supportive, dynamic environment where your skills are truly valued.

With plans to expand from 22 locations to 45 locations through 2026, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a company that values your expertise and fosters career growth.

We are looking for experienced automotive technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Here’s a bit about what you can expect at Stress-Free Auto Care:

Sign on Bonus: Up to $6,000 for SMOG Diag & Repair Cert

Base Hourly Pay:

• A Level: 7-10 years of experience
  • $40-$50/hr performance bonus
• B Level: 2-7 years of experience
  • $32-$45/hr performance bonus
• C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
  • $25-$32/hr performance bonus
• Tire Tech: 6 months experience
  • $24-$27/hr performance bonus
