At Stress Free Auto Care, we’re building something different — and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Shop Foreman to lead our team and drive success on the floor. Base Hourly Pay:
- A Level: 7-10 years of experience
- $28-$38/hr

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the technician team
- Assign jobs efficiently to maximize shop productivity and flow
- Monitor job quality and ensure all repairs meet our high standards
- Be the technical expert and go-to resource for complex diagnostics
- Work closely with service advisors to coordinate and prioritize repairs
- Track technician performance and support continuous improvement
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the shop
