Patient Coordinator & Medical Assistant
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Patient Coordinator & MA to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just a medical assistant; you are the face of our patient’s journey.
If you love the world of aesthetics, enjoy building relationships with clients, and have the clinical skills to back it up, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
The Client Experience
- Welcome clients with a warm, professional energy and get them checked in.
- Take "Before & After" photos and ensure they are uploaded correctly to the client's file.
- Guide clients through their intake forms and help answer general questions about our treatments.
- Manage the flow of the day, making sure providers stay on schedule and clients never feel rushed.
Clinical Support
- Set up treatment rooms for Botox, fillers, lasers, and other aesthetic services.
- Assist our providers during procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Accurately record client measurements and weights.
- Keep the clinical areas spotless, stocked, and ready for the next "wow" experience.

Requirements
- Experience in a med spa, dermatology office, or high-end plastic surgery practice is a huge plus.
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent hands-on clinical experience.
- Comfort using iPads, booking software, and basic office tech.
- A passion for skincare and the aesthetic industry!
