What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and team performance
- Social media and marketing experience
- Drive revenue through creative promotions and service optimization
- Create efficient systems to streamline patient flow and backend processes
- Lead, train, and support staff to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Track KPIs and make data-informed decisions
- Work closely with ownership on strategy, growth, and execution
- Help shape the patient experience and elevate the brand
Who You Are:
- Experienced in med spa or aesthetic practice operations
- Strong managerial and leadership background
- Creative, proactive, and obsessed with improvement
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Past injector, esthetician, or provider experience
