Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Producer based in our SoHo, NYC office. The Beauty Producer will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects for our hair and makeup artists from option to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
Job Overview
Core elements of the position:
- Responsible for managing end to end jobs for clients on behalf of artists
- Maintaining artist calendars
- Creating estimates and negotiating expense budgets
- Travel coordination
- Booking assistant teams
- Concur reconciliation
- Billing and reconciling jobs
- Liaising between agent, artist, and client before and during each project
- Responsible for on time, high quality, to budget jobs
- Communicating regularly with all stakeholders, including artists, brand employees, shared services, and management as needed
- Supporting the agents in delivering the best possible outcomes for clients and artists
Required Experience
- 3 years experience in artist / agency production.
- Excellent time management skills - Experience of managing multiple end to end jobs, including set up, logistics, tracking and managing a budget and allocating resources to each element of the project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Managing multiple stakeholders, including artists, clients and external vendors to achieve a positive outcome
- Proven project management skills
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships with strategic partners
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven capability to work independently and part of a team

- Highly organised, with attention to detail
- Team player to support the brand
- Creativity a plus
- Goal-oriented, motivated, responsible and a pro-active self-starter

Salary range $70,000 - $100,000 annually commensurate with experience.
