Spotlight Media is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) producing high-performing short-form video content for a growing roster of brands. We're building out our content team and looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer to lead production operations and drive content output across all beauty brands we work with.
About The Role
This is a hands-on production role for someone who loves all things content — from scripting concepts to production to final edit across multiple beauty brands and beyond. You'll manage the Production Assistants, build shoot plans and timelines across all brands, and make sure every batch runs on time. You'll also contribute to scripting and editing as an active member of the content team.

About The Role

You'll manage the Production Assistants, build shoot plans and timelines across all brands, and make sure every batch runs on time. You'll also contribute to scripting and editing as an active member of the content team.
What You'll Own
- Manage Production Assistants day to day — assign work, set weekly hours, and review output
- Build shoot plans and timelines across all brands
- Own all shoot logistics from studio booking, talent coordination, scheduling, prop sourcing, and day-of production prep
- Lead scripting for the bulk of established content in line with the Creative Director of Branded Content's direction
- Film and edit at a strong volume — this is an active production role, not just a management one
- Support shoot days led by the Creative Director of Branded Content
- Proven experience in video production, content production, or a similar role — TikTok experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Hands-on with filming and editing short-form video — beginner experience shooting on a camera (Sony EZ-E10 or similar) is a plus!
- Thrives in a low-oversight environment — self-directed, accountable, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without being managed
- Strong communicator — internally and with clients on production logistics
