We don't buy low-commission leads from Zillow or other lead vendors. Our agents focus on what actually makes money: prospecting, converting leads, running appointments, and closing deals.
What We Provide:
- Qualified Leads: Buyer and seller leads from YouTube, SEO funnels, and Boston Street Pulse media (you're not buying Zillow leads or cold-calling FSBOs)
- Full Backend Support: Dedicated administrative, marketing, and transaction coordination teams
- Proven Systems: Brivity CRM, listing presentations, scripts, content frameworks, all tested and ready to use
- Expert Coaching: Year-round, hands-on training using challenger sales methodology. We don't just onboard you and disappear. We train you throughout your first year on lead generation, consultative sales tactics, offer strategy, and efficient showings
- Clear Growth Path: We expect first-year agents on our team to close 19-24 deals. Once you reach $125K in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound)
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Negotiate contracts
- Attend weekly coaching and team meetings
- Follow daily prospecting standards
- Deliver Four Seasons-level client service
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Massachusetts real estate license
- Licensed Massachusetts agents currently solo or with another team
- Bachelor's degree OR professional career background
- Closing deals but know you're leaving money on the table without better systems
- Tired of doing everything yourself (lead gen, marketing, admin, transaction coordination)
- Understand real estate is consultative sales: educating and challenging clients, not just agreeing with everyone
- Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
This Isn't For:
- Agents who want complete independence without accountability
- People who think "relationship building" alone is a business strategy
- Part-time agents or those treating this as supplemental income
- Agents who aren't willing to follow proven systems and team standards
Compensation
$120,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
