We have an uncapped compensation plan resulting in an average annual income of $90K-$300k, with opportunities to make 2-3 X this amount.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from all types of buyers, sellers, homeowners, business owners, and potential renters.
- Responsible for generating leads by frequently calling, emailing, texting through out our internal database of over 18,000 landlords for rentals, buyers and sellers.
- Run face to face real estate education with your clients.
- Become an expert in real estate and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
- Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections to close deals.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and rental goals - strong work ethic and tenacity are key.
