Street Cop Training is a growing, well known, private law-enforcement training
organization* in the United States that provides classes, seminars, and online courses
for police officers and other first responders. Our goal is to teach practical, street-level
policing skills that officers and first responders can use to better navigate their everyday
patrol work and keep our communities safe.

agency.
What we are looking for:
A take charge, critical thinking, organized Executive Assistant who wants to be a part of
supporting law enforcement and keeping civilians safe.
You will be working in a grand scale, newly renovated, home office alongside the CEO
and the company videographer/editor. While we will absolutely provide flexibility for the
right candidate, this job is on-site five days a week (Mon – Fri).
The ideal candidate will encompass the following:
- Have 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a high-level
executive/CEO
- Use critical thinking and good judgement throughout daily responsibilities
- Problem solves and is not afraid to take the initiative without direction
- Be willing and ready to take on new responsibilities and improve upon old
processes
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and keep him on track!!
- Open to small tasks after hours/weekends as needed
- Able to work with little supervision
- Comfortable working in a home office environment
- Have a good sense of humor (We are like a little family!)

What You’ll Do
Work directly with the CEO to execute ideas, projects, and priorities
Translate verbal ideas and direction into actionable task lists and timelines
Coordinate and oversee remote staff in the Philippines with professionalism and
kindness
Manage task systems, workflows, and basic operational processes
Assist with social media management and coordination (scheduling, posting
oversight, communication — not content creation)
Track projects, followups, deadlines, and deliverables
Handle operational tasks that remove friction and free the CEO to focus on
strategy and growth
Help organize files, systems, and internal documentation
What We’re Looking For
Strong executor who follows through and gets things done
Highly tech-savvy — beyond basic email and calendars; comfortable navigating
software, platforms, and digital tools
Awareness of current AI technologies and how they are being used in
business (experience using AI tools is a strong plus)
Experience working with or managing remote/offshore team members is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Professional, polite, and respectful when dealing with team members and
vendors
Ideal Background
