ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and software. Identify
trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions and improve operations,
marketing, sales, and employee and member experiences. -
Develop and maintain data models and databases to facilitate data analysis and reporting. Ensure
data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through data cleansing, validation, and verification. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analysis efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate data insights.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

process improvements that can increase efficiency, profitability, and member satisfaction. Performance can
be evaluated based on the number of process improvements implemented and the impact they have had on the organization.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills/Abilities: Proficiency with business software applications and data analysis tools. Working knowledge of SQL and relational database structures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage projects, collaborate with others, and provide training or support as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.) Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together. Average, ordinary visual acuity is necessary to prepare or inspect documents and operate machinery. Ability to hear average conversations and receive ordinary information.
Work Environment: No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. (Such as in a typical office.)
