📍 Location: on-site (Uvalde, TX)
📣 Lead full-cycle management of telecom construction projects — from permitting to client communication and final delivery.
As Streamline Utilities continues to expand and actively scale operations in the Texas region, we are looking for a Construction Manager to support our growing presence in Uvalde, TX. This role will play a key part in establishing and driving project execution in a new market, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships as we continue to grow.
- Full-time, on-site
- Contract: W-2 or 1099
- Reports to: Director of Market Development & Operations
- Manage client communications, updates, permitting, and reporting for assigned projects
- Lead project planning and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Directly oversee teams and subcontractors working on underground construction, fiber splicing, and related scopes
- Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Report on project progress and KPIs to leadership
- 3 years in construction or telecom project management
- Experience with underground construction, fiber installation, or utility infrastructure
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors
- Familiarity with permitting processes
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Work directly with executive leadership on high-impact projects
