Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain all phases of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues or concerns.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
