Maintenance Carpenter / Handyman
Streamline Property Solutions is looking for a dependable person who shows up on time and wants to work. We manage rental homes, RV parks, commercial buildings and mobile home parks. Every day is different. If you enjoy fixing things and dislike sitting behind a desk, you'll probably enjoy this job.
We have a flexible schedule. Looking for someone who knows carpentry, drywall, painting and basic plumbing repairs. Part-time or full-time. Flexible schedule. Good pay based on experience.
Most of our work includes:
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Flooring
- Trim work
- Basic carpentry
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Door and window repairs
- General property repairs
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience doing repair work
- Can work alone
- Has their own basic hand tools
- Has a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Has good references
- Takes pride in their work
$18-$23/hour, Pay depends on experience.
