Responsibilities
- Apply data science, statistical, and machine learning methods to support DIA analytic missions.
- Perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models, including assessing model performance, reliability, and fitness for mission use.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a CI Polygraph.
- 3 years of experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
- Experience in or ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models.
- Experience supporting DoW and/or IC clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience collaborating in teams.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science, or four additional years of experience in those fields.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a completed CI Polygraph.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science.
- Experience with GEOINT and/or large language models (LLMs).
- Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis.
