What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage multiple client accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Foster strong relationships with business owners, presenting financial information and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, prioritize tasks, and answer team questions to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Handle reconciliations (intercompany, debt, bank), sales tax reporting, payroll reporting, and annual reporting.
- Communicate effectively across all levels—clients, staff, and management.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of accounting staff.
Your Background:
- Experience in accounting management or team leadership roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Detailed, organized, and able to work independently while supporting team goals.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting tools.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reside in DE, FL, MD, TX, PA, SC, OK, NC, or AR.
- Able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation: $30–$33 per hour, plus health, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and a flexible work schedule.
