We’re seeking a Wholesale Office Manager to gracefully lead customer experience, B2B order management, shipping, billing, accounts payable, and daily operations in our charming Los Angeles workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing Receivables, Making sure we get our custom orders for boutiques that carry our brand paid on time.
• Manage all B2B customer interactions with warmth, care, and professionalism
• Organize and track purchase orders from our cherished stockists and boutiques
• Support warehouse operations, including pulling, organizing, and preparing orders
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients while resolving any matters with grace and speed
• Provide seamless support to the CEO, account managers, and inventory team
• Maintain impeccable records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Upsell with charm and earn generous commission on new sales opportunities
• Problem-solve creatively and develop real-time solutions with a calm, strategic mindset

Requirements:

• MUST BE IN LOS ANGELES — IN PERSON ONLY — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay poised, efficient, and strategic even under pressure
• A naturally warm, stellar customer service attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (training available if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized nature
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes when required

• UNTAPPED 3% COMMISSION on all your wholesale sales – historically (not a promise), sales could hit $60K–$100K/month across untapped accounts we just started (sky's the limit with so many new boutiques not yet sold to – top closers clear $21,600–$36,000/year at low end, six figures easy for killers)
• Monthly PERSONAL GROWTH Bonus: $150–$350 extra every month when you present and execute a clear growth action plan to grow your skills that help the company (stackable!)
• Base salary (~$60,000–$70,000/year full-time) – strong for wholesale sales roles, with fast growth potential based on experience and hustle) - COMMISSION IS HUGE ONTOP
• GUARANTEED ANNUAL BONUS: $1,000 guaranteed → up to $5,000
• Profit-sharing: Up to 15% of net profits distributed annually as extra bonuses to all staff based on performance – the harder we hustle together, the bigger everyone’s share
