Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all B2B customer interactions with warmth, care, and professionalism
• Organize and track purchase orders from our cherished stockists and boutiques
• Support warehouse operations, including pulling, organizing, and preparing orders
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients while resolving any matters with grace and speed
• Provide seamless support to the CEO, account managers, and inventory team
• Maintain impeccable records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Upsell with charm and earn generous commission on new sales opportunities
• Problem-solve creatively and develop real-time solutions with a calm, strategic mindset

Requirements:

• MUST BE IN LOS ANGELES — IN PERSON ONLY — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay poised, efficient, and strategic even under pressure
• A naturally warm, stellar customer service attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (training available if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized nature
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes when required
