How You'll Make an Impact

Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors.

Must have excellent communication skills to interact confidently with consumers, staff, families, donors, and members of the community.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain organized systems and confidential records.

Serve as a liaison between executive staff and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle incoming communications and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
Essential Job Functions
-
Support the Directors daily with all written and oral administrative duties including professionally prioritize, draft, manage, review, and send communications, emails, and phone calls.

Satisfy any administrative duties that arise.

Maintain confidentiality of high-level agency information.

Acts as a role model and promotes, communicates, and champions the company’s mission.

Provide technical assistance as needed.

Provide support with internal and external communications and event planning.

Manage schedules.

Maintain various records and documents for the Directors.

Exhibit a proactive and energetic approach to tasks, new projects, and ideas.

Exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.

What You Bring

A passion for service: A genuine desire to help and make a positive impact in the community.

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field; 1-2 years of experience required; non-profit experience a plus. Previous office experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Design/Layout Software.

Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to empathize with others; Personable and comfortable interacting with high-level executives; A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships.
