Straw Construction Co., Inc. a western PA Site Contractor is looking to hire a dependable full-time Project Superintendent to join our expanding company. The schedule for this position is generally Monday through Friday. Some flexibility is required.
Summary of work:
- Complete ability to read and interpret construction plans and details.
- Manage all aspects of the construction project.
- Schedule personnel, material, equipment, and subcontractors for daily tasks.
- Monitor daily production and profitability.
- Ensure all work is in accordance with the contract documents.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track work performed, identify change orders, and assist in cost input.
- Enforce company safety policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervising construction projects.
- Ability of read, interpret, and understand project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- DOT experience would be a plus.
