Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

Job Summary
Seeking a nCino Business Analyst on behalf of our client in Atlanta, GA to support a large-scale digital banking and lending transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in nCino and Salesforce platforms, along with a solid understanding of lending operations and business analysis methodologies. This role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize business processes, support system integrations, and ensure successful delivery of innovative lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Develop process flows, business process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments.
- Partner with Salesforce and nCino teams to design and enhance lending platform capabilities.
- Lead data mapping, data analysis, and system integration activities across multiple applications.
- Validate data using SQL and support ETL-related initiatives.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect management.
- Assist with release planning, change management, and post-deployment support activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline lending processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and risk management standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6 years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or consumer lending operations.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, systems integration, ETL processes, and data validation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation activities.
- Experience leading or supporting UAT, regression testing, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting nCino implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
- Salesforce and/or nCino certifications.
- Prior experience within banking, financial services, or lending organizations.
- Knowledge of lending workflows, credit operations, compliance frameworks, and risk controls.
