Job Responsibilities
Oversees residential and commercial escrow transactions (resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare) by leading operational teams through the full closing process. Brings strong experience across both the finance and production sides of the business, managing team performance, ensuring compliance and policy adherence, and partnering cross-functionally to meet production goals and timelines. Identifies and resolves operational challenges while aligning department priorities with short-term objectives.
Requirements
- Tri-State processing knowledge (DC, Maryland & Virginia)
- Management experience within the Title Industry
- Knowledge and experience on both the finance and production sides of the business
