We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and HR activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff in 2 locations- Grand Rapids, or St.Joseph once or twice / month
- Manage staff time off schedules
- Plan and maintain facilities contracts
- Handle payroll and all tax reports
- Manage all IT tickets
- Order all supplies
- Handle accounts payable and receivables
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative services or other related fields such as finance.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Finance Experience
