Rental Backup & Office Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

As a key member of our team, you'll help keep our rental operations running smoothly while providing valuable administrative support across the office.

• Serve as the backup coordinator for our fleet of 30 rental vehicles.
• Assist customers with rental check-in and check-out when needed.
• Verify rental eligibility and ensure all transactions comply with company policies.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleaning.
• Monitor vehicle availability and help maintain fleet readiness.
• Keep accurate rental agreements, vehicle records, and documentation.

• File and organize paper and electronic documents.
• Assist with data entry and record management.
• Support various office projects and daily administrative tasks.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service to guests and employees.
• Assist multiple departments as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
