- Experience - Technician experience required. Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Diagnostic Skills - Solid diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.
- Certifications - ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training a plus; any OEM training preferred.
- Specialty Skills - Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.
- Work Ethic - Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
- Driving Record - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability - Ability to work Saturdays.
