Job Description:
As a Showroom Design Associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers and ensuring a positive experience in our showroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the showroom, providing product information, and answering inquiries.
- Working one on one with customer, walking them through the selection process and educating them on our products.
- Assisting with showroom operations, including maintaining cleanliness, organizing displays, and restocking inventory.
- Processing customer holds/orders accurately and efficiently and assisting with returns and product information.
- Scheduling orders for out of state and local delivery trucks.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Processing payments for outbound orders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Additional duties as requested by the manager.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 2 years of customer service experience (required).
- Minimum high school diploma (GED accepted), undergraduate preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone system (recommended).
- Able to work in a fast pace and high-pressure environment.
- Previous industry experience (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Good computer and math skills.
- Ability to work with a team as one cohesive unit.
- Ability to bend, lift, or kneel.
The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8a – 5p and Saturday 10a-2p. Must be available to work Saturdays and possibly overtime, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour
