Job Summary

The Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations, financial stability, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across administrative, financial, and customer service functions. The Administrator also contributes to sales support, franchise development, and long-term retention of customers and Unit Franchisees- all leading to growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Director in stated corporate goals
• Create reporting for leadership to track, analyze and manage
• Greets and acknowledges all visitors courteously and promptly answers incoming calls in the same fashion.
• Process accounts payable weekly and monitor expenses against budget.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Create and maintain postings and opportunities on social media platforms (bonus earnings potential)
• Assist accountant or bookkeeper with their financial governance.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accounts receivable payment term reminders with the Regional Director
• Perform welcome calls, , and follow-up calls.
• Prepare monthly customer and Unit Franchisee Statements.
• Perform monthly audit of new customer files
• Assist in maintaining and evaluating Social Media Posts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assists in all areas of accurate and timely data entry of customer and Franchisee transactions.
• Following Corporate and Regional practices, generates and distributes necessary information and/or business correspondence to Franchise Owners and/or potential Franchise prospects.
• Attends weekly staff meetings.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Regional Director.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred - NOT required
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous office management experience 1 year(s)
• Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn
• Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms
