The Outside Sales Representative is charged with the responsibility of meeting individual Account Sales Objectives. This will involve quoting and closing, generation of information pertinent to the market, information involving accounts and competitors, meeting individual quotas, and measurement of performance relative to individual and group objectives.

Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is charged with the responsibility of meeting individual Account Sales Objectives. This will involve quoting and closing, generation of information pertinent to the market, information involving accounts and competitors, meeting individual quotas, and measurement of performance relative to individual and group objectives.
Responsibilities
- Attainment of individual and group KPI's to for Account Sales objectives.
- Regularly and consistently cold call for new business
- Runs appointments set by the third party lead generation, inside sales team, marketing leads and other inbound opportunities and delivers the Stratus presentation at each first appointment.
- Working in company CRM, Google Suite, HubSpot, Etc. to prepare and/or maintain new business proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain highest level of persistence to follow up with prospective clients regularly throughout the sales cycle until a “sold/lost” determination is made.
- Works in cooperation with the Regional Director on additional related tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Establishes and maintains prospect and customer files with accuracy and completeness.
- Cooperates and coordinates the start-up of new accounts with Franchise Business Consultants (FBC operations team).
- Participate in weekly meetings and works closely with office staff to promote cohesion and growth.
- Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn, social media
- Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
