We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Frederick, MD.
This is a commission-only position — meaning your income potential is entirely in your hands. We pay 100% commission on every closed deal, so if you’re ambitious, competitive, and hungry to grow, you’ll love this role.
You’ll be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales for our commercial cleaning services. You’ll also help local business owners discover the benefits of partnering with a national leader in green cleaning.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning accounts through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and sales presentations for business owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and exceptional service delivery.
• Track sales activities, goals, and leads using CRM tools (training provided).
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience with a record of closing deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Motivated by results and earning potential rather than hourly pay.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
