Your Mission: Excellence Architect & Franchise Development Leader
As the Operations Manager, you’ll lead franchisee training and development, manage key client relationships, ensure consistent quality through inspections, and drive revenue through specialty service sales. You’ll be both the coach and the champion — ensuring every franchisee and every client experiences excellence.
What You’ll Do
Franchisee Training & Development
Train and mentor new franchise owners on commercial cleaning techniques, standards, and safety using our proven training systems.
Develop franchisees’ business management skills — from scheduling and customer service to inventory and financial basics.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to address challenges, celebrate wins, and drive continuous improvement.
Create and deliver training programs tailored to individual franchise owner needs and growth stages.
Mentor franchisees from startup through their growth into thriving, established businesses.
Field Operations & Quality Control
Perform detailed site inspections at customer locations to ensure cleaning quality meets or exceeds company standards.
Conduct joint training and field coaching sessions to demonstrate proper cleaning and operational techniques.
Provide constructive feedback and performance reports to drive operational improvement.
Address customer concerns promptly and ensure swift resolution to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Customer Relations & Retention
Serve as the trusted liaison between franchise owners and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through consistent communication and proactive service management.
Conduct quality assurance meetings to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and upsell specialty services to expand client accounts.
Drive client retention by turning satisfied customers into lifelong brand advocates.
Systems & Process Management
Use Google Suite and internal systems to manage scheduling, documentation, and communications.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, training sessions, and franchisee performance.
Track quality and operational metrics, preparing reports for continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across franchise operations.
Contribute to the development of improved training materials and operational best practices.

Required: 3 years of operations, training, or account management experience in service-related industries.
