- Coordinate with the property manager on priorities
- Occasional training at our central office
- Running errands for supervisors
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Team player who can also work independently
