Property Manager | $61,800-$65,000 Quarterly Bonuses
Location: Riverplace Apartment Homes | Independence, OR
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and leasing performance
- Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
- Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and resident files
- Oversee budgets, expenses, payroll, and reporting deadlines
- Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained
- Partner with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Coordinate marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Commute to central office for meetings as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of property management experience
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
