Stratton Amenities is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents, and clients.
We are seeking engaging, observant, friendly, and highly professional individuals to serve as Doormen for our luxury residential high-rise in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, guest interaction, and creating a warm welcome at every arrival.

Minimum two years of hospitality, customer service, or front-facing service experience

Main Responsibilities

Warmly greet and open doors for residents, guests, and visitors

Provide a seamless arrival and departure experience, offering assistance with bags, packages, umbrellas, and curbside needs

Maintain a strong presence at the front entry and ensure the lobby entrance remains clean, orderly, and welcoming

Monitor front entry activity to support resident safety and building security

Manage vehicle and pedestrian flow at the front drive; assist with rideshare, deliveries, and authorized vendor access

Communicate professionally in person and via radio or phone

Coordinate with the concierge and management team to support building operations

Assist with package handling and deliveries as needed

Provide directions, local information, and general assistance with a polished, guest-focused demeanor

Maintain confidentiality and uphold all building standards

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to work outdoors, in heat and cold weather
Experience Requirements

Background in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or related front-facing roles
