We are looking for professional, attentive, and service-driven individuals to support both the front desk and property safety overnight. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with residents and guests, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and is comfortable taking initiative while maintaining a secure environment.

Shifts: Overnight. Options include part-time and full-time.
Position Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality or a related customer service field

Ability to multitask and remain attentive to the desk and property activity

Comfortable with a combination of concierge responsibilities and active patrol duties

Key Responsibilities
Concierge Duties

Greet and assist residents and visitors upon arrival with professionalism and a welcoming attitude

Anticipate resident needs and provide service that enhances their living experience

Manage package logging and delivery, perform package audits as required

Manage amenity reservations, service requests, and vendor access

Handle calls and messages with professional etiquette

Maintain accurate documentation related to daily shift activity
Courtesy Patrol and Safety Duties

Patrol interior and exterior areas of the property to support a safe and secure environment

Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems

Identify and address safety concerns or policy violations promptly

Respond to incidents and disturbances professionally and document all findings

Communicate any facility concerns to management and assist with maintenance reporting
Confidentiality

Respect and protect resident information and privacy at all times
Experience Preferences

Luxury residential, hotel, or upscale service environment experience preferred

Previous experience in security, courtesy patrol, or building safety is a plus
